Analysis of university employee housing needs and affordability and strategic recommendations to address critical gaps in supply, including analysis and evaluation of financial partnership structures. The final phase of the project includes drafting and management of the partner solicitation process and negotiation of financial partnership deal terms.
Ideas and Actions is working in partnership with the University to identify and analyze relevant data, facilitate evaluation of housing goals and feasibility gaps, and evaluation of various alternatives for strategic financial interventions and partnership strategies that align across University goals and risk profiles
