Ideas and Action

This process is guided by principles of co-design, equitable development, smart growth, and actionable vision and implementation that results in the creation of a cohesive and inclusive vision for the 5th Avenue area and community.

Ideas and Action is advising on analysis of neighborhood conditions and existing policies, programs, capacity and funding across a full spectrum of community development topics including housing, employment, small business and real estate conditions. Ideas and Action is leading engagement with local implementation partners spanning government, non-profit organizations and service-providers, business and real estate development stakeholders. Leveraging analysis of existing conditions, resources, capacities and stakeholder insights, Ideas and Action is advising on plan recommendations to advance neighborhood equity goals.
