Ideas and Action

The State of Maine requires towns and cities to adopt a local growth management program, including a comprehensive plan and an implementation program. Plans include analysis of new economic and demographic data, real estate inventory and development analysis, and both policy and program recommendations related to housing and commercial economic development goals.

Ideas and Action consulted on housing and commercial economic development, including analysis of housing needs, existing programs and development feasibility. Ideas and Action also provided land use and program recommendations to address a variety of housing and commercial goals.
