A design, feasibility and implementation plan for the redevelopment of the Revere Housing Authority’s 40-acre housing campus.
The project includes redevelopment of 400+ State and Federal public housing units, along with new additional affordable and market rate units to meet the housing needs of the Revere community.
Ideas and Action is leading market analysis, feasibility analysis, funding and development strategy in partnership with architects and landscape designers and with support from local housing authorities. Ideas and Action is supporting the Revere Housing Authority in evaluation of their assets, available resources, and the economic trade-offs of various funding and partnership structures. Feasibility assessment includes engagement with key State and Local stakeholders.
