Urban design and economic development plan centering economic justice and the Hill District’s cultural legacy, building on past and existing community development efforts in the neighborhood.
Ideas and Action was the strategic advisor for real estate and economic inclusion programs. Ideas & Action led a survey of existing conditions, policies, resources, challenges and opportunities related to economic inclusion and opportunity for district residents. Ideas & Action also provided case study research and advised in the process of developing policy and implementation recommendations for the final plan.
