Annual grant program for revitalization projects in selected Villages throughout New York State.
Consultant team provides planning technical assistance for local Villages, including vetting and selection of local projects for use of Village funding. Eligible projects include housing and commercial, rehabilitation and construction, and public works projects that meet local needs and revitalization goals.
Technical assistance for local project sponsors, including feasibility, funding strategy and capital stack analysis. Includes housing market and needs assessment for each grant jurisdiction.
