A regional community planning effort promoting linkages between neighborhoods, communities, jobs, commercial areas, and destinations along a forty plus mile river greenway spanning west of Detroit.
The planning effort navigates and integrates several jurisdictions, spanning diverse communities along Hines Drive through to the Lower Rouge and Rouge River Gateway Greenway.
Ideas and Action was the strategic advisor for small business development, commercial activation, financing strategies and public-private partnerships for programming and real estate development throughout the corridor and surrounding neighborhoods.
