An update to the 2010 Project Downtown Plan, building on principles and strategies with with a focus on greater levels of implementation in the next 10 years.
The project provides strategic guidance for continued public and private sector investment by sharing specific strategies for achieving goals, identifying and realizing current development opportunities while cultivating new, targeted opportunities for future development.
Ideas and Action is leading real estate feasibility and funding analysis for a variety of target uses and typologies, including extensive engagement with local real estate development and funding stakeholders. Ideas and Action led opportunity site analysis, and worked with local economic development policy-makers to craft policy and funding recommendations to address development feasibility gaps downtown.
