Downtown Vision and Redevelopment Plan with housing, retail, office, hospitality, public realm, entertainment and culture development strategies.
Ideas and Action led the development of equity recommendations and implementation of planning across housing, small business, community resources, workforce development and entrepreneurship wealth-building objectives. Recommendations were developed in tandem with an assessment of existing capacity and resources, spanning various resource strategies including funding, programs & capacity-building, real estate & public assets, and inclusive policy & governance.
