Redesigning Access by Centering Equity is a multi-year initiative to address the underrepresentation of BIPOC developers in the affordable and supportive housing industries.
The initiative to increase access to capital and resources for BIPOC developers includes new funding and lending resources, technical assistance programs and policy advocacy at the state and federal level.
