A foundation funded planning process for multiple neighborhoods as part of the City of Detroit’s Strategic Neighborhood Initiative. A multi-year process to create a framework and implementation plan for housing rehabilitation, streetscapes, parks and multifamily development.
Ideas and Action led the housing and economic development planning team. Ideas and Action was also tasked with stakeholder engagement, community development and financing strategies, and project specific investment memoranda for the City of Detroit.
