The Institute for Public Architecture (IPA) offers Spring and Summer Independent Projects Residencies based at the historic Block House on Governors Island. Emerging and mid-career architects, urbanists, landscape architects, designers, and those committed to the public realm in all disciplines are invited to apply. Marc Norman along with other independent selection committee members composed of experts within the fields of architecture and design reviewed applications. Fellows will be announced in early 2024.
